Morning Stretching Routine: Wake Up Feelyou'll Feel Like a New Person!

Starting your day with some gentle stretching can make all the difference in how energized and ready to take on whatever comes next, you know? That's why today we're going to explore an invigorating morning routine that will get those endorphins pumping and leave you feeling like a brand new person - it's our Wake Up Feet Stretching Routine!

Step 1: Waking up the feet

We'll begin at the bottom of course, with some toe-tally essential foot exercises. Start by wiggling your toes back and forth as hard as possible for about ten seconds to get that blood flowing through those often-neglected digits.

Next, roll each foot clockwise in a circle using just your hands or against a wall - five rolls per foot should do the trick! Finally, point both feet straight ahead while keeping heels flat on floor; hold this position until you feel any tension release from calf muscles (about 10-15 seconds). Repeat these steps three times before moving onto next step.

Step 2: Knees up high

Now it's time to target those hardworking knees! From standing tall with feet shoulder-width apart, slowly bend your knees down towards the ground until you feel a stretch in front of your thighs. Hold this 'dolphin' pose for five deep breaths before straightening back up again.

Step 3: Hips swiveling

Next up are our hips! Stand with feet together and engage core muscles by drawing navel toward spine (belly button towards lower back). Now, sway your pelvis in a small circle first clockwise then counterclockwise - five repetitions on each side should loosen things up nicely.

Step 4: Arm stretches

We're not done yet! Reach arms overhead with palms facing ceiling and stretch out those shoulder blades as far apart from earlobes. Hold for three deep breaths before slowly lowering them back down towards shoulders, keeping elbows slightly bent at about a right angle.

Step 5: Head to toe final stretch

Last but certainly not least is our full-body finale! Start on all fours with hands and knees shoulder-width apart. Slowly arch your back while lifting tailbone up towards ceiling until you feel stretching across entire length of spine from base of neck down through glutes - hold for three deep breaths.

Then, round forward again so that forehead touches ground in front of hands; keep arms extended straight out behind body with fingers spread wide as possible. Finally, slowly roll onto backside once more without moving any other part except feet which should be pointing towards sky now! Hold this final pose for another few deep breaths before slowly coming to sit up tall - voila!
